My digestion has improved, and I feel less bloated and more comfortable overall. The prebiotics included in the formula make a noticeable difference by ensuring that the probiotics stay active and effective. However, I do feel that the initial adjustment phase, where I experienced mild stomach discomfort, could be better explained on the packaging or instructions. It’s a small thing, but it would help first-time users understand what to expect. On the positive side, the capsules are easy to take, don’t require refrigeration, and are suitable for vegetarians, which makes them very convenient for daily use. The results are undeniable, and I feel healthier and more energetic than before. With just a little more guidance from the brand, this product would be perfect.
