General Return Policy

Due to the nature of health and nutrition products, Carbamide Forte does not accept returns or exchanges once products have been delivered, except under the specific conditions mentioned below.

  • You have received a damaged product that affects the contents inside.
  • You have received the wrong product.
  • The product was tampered with or defective at the time of delivery.

Note: Damage to the external shipping box alone will not qualify for a return or replacement.

Mandatory Requirements for Returns

A clear, continuous video showing the package being opened for the first time and the condition of the product upon arrival. Requests without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

3. Supporting Images:
