At Carbamide Forte, we process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery of your wellness products. Therefore, cancellation requests are accepted only within a limited window.

Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before the order is dispatched, whichever occurs earlier.

Once an order has been processed for shipping or dispatched from our fulfillment center, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Eligible Reasons for Cancellation (Within 24 Hours Only)

Cancellation requests raised within the allowed window may be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Incorrect product ordered
  • Change in medical advice
  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Travel or relocation plans
  • Pricing concerns

  • Order placed by mistake

    Approval of cancellation requests remains subject to system verification and order status.

Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders cannot be cancelled once:

  • They have been dispatched
  • They are in transit
  • Out for delivery
  • Delivery has been attempted

Consumable products are processed under strict hygiene protocols, and post-dispatch cancellations create operational and safety challenges.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Carbamide Forte reserves the right to:

  • Restrict or disable COD for customers with a history of frequent cancellations or refused deliveries.
  • Require prepaid orders for future purchases at our discretion.
  • Cancel suspicious or bulk COD orders without prior notice.

Repeated misuse of COD services may result in permanent purchase restrictions.

Refusal at Delivery

Refusing an order at the time of delivery is treated as a failed delivery, not a cancellation.

Customers who repeatedly refuse deliveries may be:

  • Blocked from placing future orders
  • Restricted to prepaid payment methods

Additional shipping charges may apply for future purchases.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If cancelled successfully, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect after confirmation.

Payment gateway charges, convenience fees, or transaction fees (if applicable) may be deducted.

Important Notes

Carbamide Forte reserves the sole right to cancel any order due to:

Pricing errors

  • Stock unavailability
  • Payment issues
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Operational constraints

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
