Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Orders placed during sales, new launches, or peak periods may require additional processing time.

Note: Processing times are separate from shipping timelines.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Locations: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Unexpected courier constraints, weather conditions, regulatory checks, or operational disruptions may occasionally cause delays.

Carbamide Forte shall not be held liable for delays once the order has been handed over to the shipping partner.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Any promotional free shipping offers will be applied automatically where eligible.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required under applicable consumer laws.

High Order Volume Disclaimer

During periods of exceptionally high demand, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days.

We appreciate your patience and assure you that we are working to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

If your shipment experiences a significant delay, our team will proactively notify you.

Incorrect Address / Delivery Failures

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at the time of placing the order.

Carbamide Forte is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Recipient unavailability
  • Refusal to accept the order

If an order is returned to us due to the above reasons, reshipping charges may apply.

Damaged, Tampered, or Missing Packages

If you receive a package that appears tampered, damaged, or opened, we strongly advise you to:

✅ Record a clear unboxing video while opening the package

Claims related to shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery in accordance with our Returns & Replacement Policy.

Failure to provide sufficient proof may result in the claim being declined.

Lost Shipments

If your tracking status shows the package as lost in transit, please contact us.

We will initiate an investigation with the courier partner.

Replacement or refund will only be processed after confirmation from the logistics provider.

Split Shipments

For operational efficiency, orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately at no additional cost.

Force Majeure

Carbamide Forte shall not be liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Government restrictions
