Maine Fish Oil 2500MG ko 3 mahine pehle apni health routine mein shamil kiya tha aur mujhe bahut accha result mila hai. Lekin ab mujhe feel hota hai ki mere joints zyada flexible ho gaye hain aur pain bhi kaafi reduce ho gaya hai. Skin ki baat karein toh, maine notice kiya ki meri skin zyada hydrated aur healthy dikhne lagi hai. Main is product ko apne daily routine mein subah khata hoon, aur fir mujhe koi fishy aftertaste bhi nahi milti, jo maine doosre fish oils mein experience ki thi.
