Theyβve been incredibly effective in managing my symptoms and improving my overall health. Highly recommend these to anyone dealing with PCOS!
I've been maintaining an active life style with strength training 4 times a week, 50-60 g of protein per day, yoga 2-3 times a week but I have been struggling with irregular periods for a while now ever since I married and started living with my in laws. I think the food and eating habits which are different here triggered my PCOS which I didn't have for more than 7 years.I was literally lost. I didn't know what more modifications I could do to regain my health. That's when I purchased this supplement and within a month, my periods regularized and I'm extremely happy. I'm thinking about continuing this supplement at least for 6 more months. I'll post an update here about how it goes. This time, periods are also less painful. I'm ecstatic.
